Your Instructor
Larissa and Kellen knew the need to bring real estate training into the 21st century was a must. Larissa is an Associate Broker and daughter of the Founders of City2Shore. She currently works out of the Wealthy St. office in downtown Grand Rapids. She has been in real estate since she was 18. Larissa also currently heads up our Agent Education Series - the in-class training series focusing on 9 rotating topics. Kellen transitioned into real estate after 15 years of managing a home improvement store. Kellen has been in real estate since June 2015 and is using his background in education and corporate training to his advantage to help create the systems for new agents to JumpStart their careers. He also currently heads up C2SImmersion Program to successfully onboard new franchisee's.
